We offer you the following payment methods:
 

  • Payment in advance
    You will receive an order confirmation with payment instructions. As soon as we have received the payment your order will be shipped.
  • iDeal
    With this payment method you can settle the payment directly with your own bank during the ordering process. You settle in your familiar internet payment environment or app, based on the specific security methods of your own bank.
  • Credit card
    You safely enter your credit card information through our secure SSL-procedure and we take care of the proper processing together with your credit card organization. Once you have placed the order, the amount to be paid will be charged directly on your credit card.
  • BanContact / Mister Cash
    As a Belgian customer, BanContact / Mister Cash makes it safe and easy to pay for your online order. You can quickly and easily pay in the familiar internet payment environment of your own bank.
  • Giropay
    Giropay is the most accepted online payment method in Germany. You pay in the familiar internet payment environment of your own bank, funds are immediately debited from your bank account.
  • SOFORTbanking
    SOFORTbanking provides a multinational debit service allowing you to pay securely cross borders from your own banking environment.
  • On account
    Are you a business customer, have you already ordered before and do you have the right credit status? Then you can order on account.

COST OUR
The 'OUR' statement means that you pay all the costs of the transfer. We receive the amount due.

Returns
We do our utmost to deliver all our products with the best care. If you have received a damaged or defective product, we ask you to fill in our RMA form and return the product to us. Our customer support department will then contact you and deal with you further.

A right of withdrawal of 14 days applies to consumers. In this case return costs are always at the expense of the customer.

Your account may be inactive or you may not be using the correct credentials. First check whether you enter the login name and password are correct. Pay particular attention to the use of uppercase and lowercase letters, because the password is case sensitif. If it is still not possible to log in, you can choose the link 'Forgot password'.

On this page you can enter your e-mail address, after which a new password will automatically be created. This will be sent to your e-mail address, if the e-mail address is known to us. If logging in does not work then, please contact us at +31(0)76 50 24 750.

We ship your order to the address of your choice. During the ordering process you can indicate which alternative delivery address should be used. Note: the shipping costs are calculated on the basis of the delivery address.

Parcel delivery
Orders that can be shipped with the DPD parcel service: a max. length 175 cm, max. size 300 cm, max. weight 31.5 kg. We do our best to ship our parcels the next business day.

Track & trace
In order to offer you optimal service we have chosen to ship with DPD Predict. You will receive the track & trace code from DPD one day prior to delivery. On the day of delivery you will receive an e-mail with the timeframe in which your package will be delivered. It also contains a link to track your order via live tracking and you have the following options: change delivery address and / or delivery day , pick up at parcelshop and drop-down destination. This service is available for all deliveries within the Benelux.

Pallets
Large shipments are scheduled for delivery by a transporter. The delivery time has to be planned by our carrier and will be passed on to you after processing your order.

We apply transparent prices and do not charge our shipping costs through our product prices. You pay in proportion to size, weight and distance.

Shipping costs standard parcel service
Standard shipping costs for various (EU) countries apply to deliveries via the parcel service. These will be visible in your shopping cart after entering the delivery address. This also applies to the Wadden Islands

Shipping outside Europe and pallet deliveries
For destinations that can not be delivered with the parcel service or our transportation service, the shipping costs have to be calculated. The costs depend on the destination, size and weight of the shipment. Put the required articles in the shopping basket and then choose 'request a quotation'. You will receive a quotation from us.
