Returns and complaints

We do our utmost to deliver all our products with the best care. If you have received a damaged or defective product, we ask you to fill in our RMA form and return the product to us. Our customer support department will then contact you and deal with you further.

A right of withdrawal of 14 days applies to consumers. In this case return costs are always at the expense of the customer. Return shipments are only accepted when the product is returned to us in new condition and in the original packaging.

Of course we would like you to be satisfied with our products and services. Should you unexpectedly feel that we have not been of service to your satisfaction, you can submit a complaint. You can report a complaint here. Your complaint will be registered and you will receive a confirmation of receipt within five days. Our customer support department will handle your complaint. You will then receive a request to assess our complaint handling.

Hotek works according to ISO9001: 2015. Complaints are registered and analyzed in order to further improve our service.
